NEW modern and large home with stunning panoramic views of Carter Lake Reservoir and surrounding foothills!  Nestled on over 3 acres of private land, this newly built in 2023 custom built home will be the perfect retreat for escaping the hustle and bustle of city life.  Enjoy the open layout and million dollar views with floor to ceiling windows and 2 master bedrooms with incredible lake views on the main level.  1 additional walkout guest bedroom with stunning lake views is on the bottom level along with 2 custom built in bunk rooms. Each bunk room sleeps 6 people. The house sleeps 18 people in bedsand has plenty of space for air mattresses.

Enjoy the majestic views of Carter Lake Reservoir by the cozy fireplace in the gorgeous open concept living area or onthe spacious deck.You’re likely to spot deer, turkeys, and hummingbirds coming within feet of the property during your stay.  The main floor features 22ft vaulted ceilings, a gourmet kitchen with 2 ovens, coffee bar, and a huge 7-person kitchen island with plenty of room for everyone to gather around. Be ready for amazing evening sunsets, then take in the starry sky on a warm summer night while relaxing on the covered upper deck gazebo by the gas firepit, down on the patio by the outdoor firepit, or in the 6-person hot tub!

Carter Lake is known for its many outdoor activities including fishing, sailing, motorized boating, water skiing, swimming, kayaking, hiking (Devils Backbone 15 min away), stand up paddleboarding and nearby golfing (award winning Mariana Butte Golf Course is 15 min away).  4 stand-up paddleboards are available to use during your stay with multiple sizes of life jackets.

The house is 45 minutes from beautiful Estes Park, located in the Rocky Mountain National Park where you can find lots of shopping, family friendly activities, skiing and snowshoeing, off roading adventures, whitewater rafting, wineries and breweries, hiking, horseback riding and wildlife (elk, deer, big horn sheep, and the occasional bear).

The large deck has a Blackstone Grill with BBQ utensils, gas fireplace, large dining table, and patio chairs. The lower-level walk-out patio has a sectional couch, gas firepit, patio chairs and is where you access the hot tub.
Guests of all ages will enjoy the 2 bedrooms with custom built-in 6-person bunk rooms.
Plenty of entertainment for all ages: wi-fi, lots of board games, chess, Nintendo console, Tornado foosball table, and lots of TVs with Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video,and Freeve.
